Week 1 down on Shelby test and NPP, DHB from outside sponsor (no one sells here) and Anavar I got in and mixed myself.
Training was great! Super prominent pumps, not much in terms of strength. Weight up 3.8kg with no change to food. Interesting note is my sleep has improved massively to the point of sleeping all night, and even napping in the day. If I’m active I’m fine, as soon as I stop I need sleep
