01/11/22 (week 0) - 99.1kg approx 18% BF (no DEXA as machine unavailable at the time)
26/11/22 (week 4) - 97.5kg 16.4% BF
24/12/22 (week 8) - 94.5kg 13.9% BF
01/02/23 (week 12) - 92.1kg 12.5% BF

Maintenance: 2800-3000 cals
First 4 weeks: 2200
Next 4 weeks: 2000
Final 4 weeks: 1800
