I got a vial of bac water that I pierced once back in February, do you think it would be fine to use still? Both have been kept in the fridge. Cheers boys

What’s up fellas. I been in bed crook as a dog for 3 days. Literally got like 3k steps in over 3 days. Feel like a big fat piece of shit hahaha. tomorrow i want to at least get my 10k steps in, get back on meal plan, do some cardio and if I’m feeling ok - do a light deload session. Ugh I hate being sick FUCK, feel like a few days sets you back weeks, I know it doesn’t but it does feel that way

So apparently you can import a 3 month supply of certain drugs into Australia as long as you don’t sell it, you only use it for personal use and you don’t import more than 3 months worth in one go(or 15months over 12 months) it said to check the list of prohibited items but somatotropin(HGH) wasn’t on the list… does this mean I can import my own HGH… has anyone tried or done this?

Yo what is the biggest best and cheapest rice cookers y’all got? I’m sick of doing 3 different batches of rice on Saturdays to fill out 21 meals… currently got one of the Kmart $15 ones, works well just isn’t very big

Hey boys need some meal prep advice. So I’m cooking up 3kg of lean mince (+onions, tomato paste, seasoning etc) for my meal prep for the week but I’m only able to cook up 1kg at a time in the biggest wok I could buy, and it’s taking ages cos I have to do 3 batches… any tips for cooking large amounts in one go? I’m wondering if I could use my big ass stock pot I use to boil 5kg of potatoes at a time
