  • Just had an MRI done on my lower back, getting changed out of my robe I thought my leg veins were popping more than usual so took a photo 😅 got nowhere else to share it so have at it lads 20230316_200101.jpg
    Strained my back pretty bad and have been pushing through still going to the gym while leaving out certain lifts but think I'll have to bite the bullet and have a week off to try and heal. Hate doing it because the gym is my mental workout not just physical. But I'm just not getting better. Amazing how you can want to hit gym more than anything else. Train on lads, I'll be there in spirit 💪

    I went through a similar thing earlier in the year bro. Back let go on me doing hack squats and I had to have time off. It sucks, but can also have a silver lining; when you get back in there you're all excited and ready to fuck shit up.
