    What do you fellas do to curb and offset stress? Gym, cardio, sleep and food are great, but you can only rely on them so much.

    Currently cutting (slowly and successfully with minimal PEDS), but historically its been stress that's ultimately been my undoing as body-fat drops and deficits persist.

    Many years ago I worked on a council job mainly mowing lawns pot holes digging holes etc the bloke I started with always be having a laugh and trying to make light of the brain dumbing work we'd do if there was a problem he'd be the first one.. even in front of the bosses he say.. you know a good wank would fix that 😐 still makes me laugh now.. sometimes all you need is a good wank 😆😆

    Getting fat af this blast, and Happy's DNP is calling my name from my gear drawer, but we push on. Cut will be glorious, but how do you lads deal with the discomfort of getting a bit fluffy?

    Not stopping till 118kgs (from current 114), and +10kg to all my major 1rms. Lez get freaky.

    @Markus Oh I am King, believe me. Wish I could just put all life commitments and self-respect aside, go off the grid, and just mega bulk for 9 months.

    @Blizzard Tempted to, tho personally I find minicuts on blast a bit of a waste, and really only good for the mental, rather than physical. At most you'll cut like 2% bf, which is pri negligible imo.

    But yeah another reason I prefer short blasts over long. You get a break/mini cut and calorie reset after it / more frequently to break the body's reasons to acclimate and you stay more slin sensitive. I don't think getting too fluffy is good for gains as your body just doesn't partition properly at a certain point and instead of gaining muscle you're gaining fat.

    Yeah man, it’s more for the mental side of things. Some guys can’t deal with the fluff so the cut helps them recalibrate and get their heads right.

    If you’re feeling fine, it’s definitely more beneficial to push through

    What do you blokez do to counter fatigue and expedite recovery? On Blast rn and body is just shot through. Know I ought to rest and will still grow during, but wasting the finite days on Blast doing nothing sucks

    I have found on my last few blasts I pushed the volume way too far too fast and ended up sore and fatigued constantly. It definitely effected training and progression.

    This blast I am on a periodised program from coach chikin. The training volume slowly increases over the course of the cycle. I am sure this approach is going to keep me from rushing and doing unnecessary volume. Looking forward to it

    Real talk - is a trenless recomp actually possible? Or just a waste of time, gear, effort and energy.

    Personally I'd do separate lift days and cardio days and combine all the shit. Not ideal to do cardio after gym for growth anyway and you don't get fasted cardio benefit. Like if you do one day chest one day shoulders w 30min cardio id just do one day push then 1 day 1hr cardio instead

    Cardio's my antidepressant of choice man. Love lifting, but keeps me grounded in a way weights never will.

    Havent made enough progress to warrant a cut (spin wheels syndrome), but equally bulking from 15% isnt great.

    Yep. We've two weeks of a cold front inbound, so fortnight DNP and low tren cut seems fated. Then onto slow and steady.

    15->10% BF goal. Then aiming for a long low slow bulk, and a summer of slut fucking x

    I would recommend keeping drug exposure low. You'll respond quick smart to the heavy reduction in calories, don't throw the kitchen sink at it. Do 2 weeks at trt/cruise and those macros then reassess. That's what I would do.

    Don't start a cycle of "if I bulk too hard I'll just expose my self to more drugs and suffer to fix it" because like binge eating you will be more likely to fuck up again and over eat or turn to emotional eating because "dnp and tren" will fix it.

    Just wrapped up the most stressful 2/3wks of my life (Med school exams) and genuinely never been more broken physically and mentally; feel like a soldier just returned from 4 weeks of Bootcamp.

    Havent left bed last 4 days. Probably consuming 10k in bad Calories daily since. Body just shot, screaming for rest, recovery, dopamine and calories. 2week DNP cut from ~3 weeks ago almost entirely undone :/

    Exams are only the start of it sorry bud. Lucky all the guys are doing the legal work in the trenches now for faith pay and conditions post uni. Otherwise with the hours you study all those years for less than minimum wage.

    First half of internship I trained once a week, got fat and lost 50 kgs off my squat
    Leading up to my primaries I stopped training entirely and stress ate until I'd put on 10 kgs
    Just have to accept that you've chosen a field with very high peak stress loads and that sometimes that's going to take a toll and you'll need a break

    If I can give you any advice, try not to take the academic competition aspects of med school too seriously if it's coming at a detriment to your life. Most specialty programs don't ever ask for or look at med school grades and even the hypercompetitive ones will care more about your work references, research output and what value adds you can demonstrate

    I just wanna run Winstrol, Mast, and Tren. Debating just embracing it and copping one of those modern hair systems. Maybe try RU first

    Yepp, after years of fighting it through hair loss meds and protocols, and playing it safe with hair-safe compounds and doses, I'm resigning myself to it. Winny got me looking and filling too good, and I wanna try Mast.

    Just adding finastride even while on tren/mast is enough for some. It won't fix shedding from tren mast, but it will stop some dht conversion and technically dht from test is more androgenic and worse on the scalp than any other steroid.. Supposedly ofc..I mean if you are just gonna let your hair go you might as well just run the hair death cycle and add some fin on top, might do nothing, might save it.
    3 weeks in on Rogue's DNP, and tapping out for a bit which suckssss as the rate of progress was bonkers. Just another week of this and I'd have been contest ready. Am at the point of leanness where new striations and veins are showing daily, but fatigue has caught up with me and I feel like utter death. Weight loss surpisingly slowed too (?). But gotta respect the bod. Hold me

    Can't say for certain as it was with Rogue's under-dosed batch, which tested at 48% (though could have been more, could be less).

    First few days at 4 tablets/200mg daily, then 5/250mg. Week 2 was 6/300mg daily. Then 7 for week 3. T3 was added about 5 days in.
