New favourite I’ve been doing everyday is like a honey soy stir fry
100g fresh frozen barramundi put in air fryer for 20mins at 200
Then once that’s done I throw in a pan 100g of diced frozen capsicum then my rice about 230g (100g raw weight) then the fish mash it all up pour soy sauce over it and put in 50g of honey mix it all together, tastes fire
