This is my latest bloods. Is any of this shit something I should be concerned about? I've red how hematocrit and haemaglobin can be raised from test but when is it a concern? If anyone could chime in on this would be appreciated
I would be adding aspirin into your regime & alot more water, as your blood is thicker then normal, with your heart working harder.

KAOS stocks aspirin for these situations.

Blood drains can also be necessary if it gets to high.

All the above info is bang on 👌
Haematocrit is the ratio of solids to liquids in your blood. So your haemo at 57 means your blood is 57% solids, 43% liquid. If your properly hydrated all the time, 57 MIGHT not be too problematic. The problem comes when say you go to the gym for 1.5 hours on a hot day, sweat your ass off, don’t drink enough water and all of a sudden your haemo is in the 60’s and your in heart attack and blood clot territory.
The best possible thing you can do- donate. Ideally every 60-90 days.
It helps someone in need, it keeps your haemo lower, allows you to run more testosterone, and you’ll feel better. Everybody wins!
Small things can can mildly help keep it lower- #1 hydration, 100mg aspirin, cardio, and there’s a natural supplement called IP6.
None are as good as the donation, but every little thing helps

Now, moving on- what’s with your white blood cells? We’re you sick when you pulled bloods? I’d be inclined to look more into those
Looks like an infection to me on white cells. Just fighting off a virus.

My Hemogoblin sits around 178 naturally and hematocrit around 54

I have been using a cpap for the last 2 years following previously undiagnosed severe obstructive sleep apnea.

Hemogoblin will increase to between 195 to 198 on average & hematocrit around 58 when using self administered testosterone at 200mg per week.

Blood donations / therapeutic venesections will only temporarily reduce Hemogoblin & hematocrit for a very short period of time before rapidly rising back to where it was or higher.

I spent 3 years being treated at Icon and medical intervention for me now is only considered if Hemogoblin is above 220 and hematocrit at 60.

Hydration and cardio I have found to be the best ways to manage in addition to the cpap.

Cheers, Marty

Wow. Do you take anything to thin the blood like aspirin or anything?

Thanks for the info. How long does giving blood lower it for in your experience? Was it a big issue running doses above 200 of you have?

No I have not.

I am aware of the potential benefits but do not prefer to add additional drugs which can also have and or cause other issues themselves potentially.

I had 2 sleep studies done and have a resmed 10 auto cpap. Sleep has improved significantly although my base level naturally for Hemogoblin and Hematocrit still stays in those higher ranges.

I run high in comparison to the reference ranges but those ranges are generalised averages of the population so there are always going to be people who also sit lower and higher than those ranges.

I did try ip6 after reading up on Dante’s recommendations but once again in my opinion the effect is marginal at best.

Everyone is going to be a little different but for me within 2-4 weeks the levels would be back to where they were before the venesection or even slightly higher.

Anything above 400mg these days will push my Hemogoblin between 200 to 210 while hematocrit seems to peak around 58.

So for me now being almost 40 and more concerned with general health than PRs I keep it at 250mg max per week of test only.

I would recommend focusing on nutrition, cardio and using a cpap to everyone as the most effective intervention for long term management over any one supplement.

But that’s just based on me personally and my individual experience over the last 5+ years.
