So I do PPL 6 days a week.
First time through I work in the 8-10 rep range (on Wednesday) and then 20 reps on the second time (Saturday)

Leg extension- 3 sets
Hack squat- 3 sets
Leg press- 3 sets
Smith machine lunges- 3 sets
Seated hamstring curl - 3 sets
Barbell RDL- 3 sets

Legs are currently at 72cm which is the biggest they have been in a while But need to bring some conditioning in again


Fuck, I'm not sure what to look at here. Legs are unreal but that log keeps making me look. Dirty chook made me look. Pun intended 🤣🤣

24 sets a week for quads 🤔 how?

Hams/calves

- Seated Leg Curl 2 x Straight sets with pauses in the shortened position. Self spot a forced rep ea set. 3rd set rest pause. Then finish with partials and static hold.
- SLDL [front of foot elevated] 3 x Straight sets
- lying Leg Curl [same as seated]
-machine hip thrust. [Feet close focus on hams]
- toes press 1 x rest pause
- standing Calf raise 1 x rest pause

I'll probably try and add a reverse Lunge into my hams day soon. Depending on recovery from My quad day.

Lots of primo and not training to failure Lol

It’s only an 8 week block, next block quads will drop to 3 sets leg extension 3 sets leg press and shoulders will get hit with the volume


I actually really love failure training especially for legs and if someone can do it I support it, my knees just can’t handle it any more so I have to adapt
