Thinks he’s exotically large
So I do PPL 6 days a week.
First time through I work in the 8-10 rep range (on Wednesday) and then 20 reps on the second time (Saturday)
Leg extension- 3 sets
Hack squat- 3 sets
Leg press- 3 sets
Smith machine lunges- 3 sets
Seated hamstring curl - 3 sets
Barbell RDL- 3 sets
Legs are currently at 72cm which is the biggest they have been in a while But need to bring some conditioning in again
Fuck, I'm not sure what to look at here. Legs are unreal but that log keeps making me look. Dirty chook made me look. Pun intended 🤣🤣
