To produce a sellable product you would indeed need very expensive equipment.
In order for you to measure small increments it would be best to dissolve it at a known concentration and then measure the liquid. If it's dissolved then you can filter it the same as anything else right so there are those 2 steps.
Then lyophilization is freeze drying so that would remove the water without heat destroying the compound, as for long term stability no idea 🤷♂️ they put some kind of sugar in to form a matrix.
Normally they are stored under vacuum aswell
You could store under nitrogen would perhaps be better diy there was another thread with similar content I'll see if n can find it

1. Mix it with bac water and then filter it though a .22 filter. Can buy the 500ml filters for about $30. Or use the syringe filters.
2. Mix it into kids pain relief medication and use it orally.
Im not sure if either option will damage it or not without dreeze drying but you won't get an infection
I can add bac water recipe and links if anyone wants. Cost about $50 to make 500ml. Better than buying 20ml for $30. Its really simple

Put 500mg ipamorelin raw powder into measuring jug. Fill with distilled water to the 500ml mark (might be best to warm the water first). Add 4.5ml Benzyl alcohol. Then keep stirring until its fully dissolved and looks crystal clear and not cloudy.
If the brew looks good you can now filter it. Once filtered you should have 1mg per 1ml (but were not sure how much purity has been lost by damaging the peptide because it hasnt been lyophilized)
Once filtered into media bottle you can use a 10ml pipette to either transfer it into sterile unsealed vials then crimp yourself if you buy a crimper. Or use pipette to backload into a 50ml syringe (larger the better because it means less chance of contamination) with small needle attached then fill sterile sealed vials.

I did a quick look around the net and generally 1mg per 1ml was the standard.
That being said hgh is also 10iu to 1ml bit i get away with 10iu to 0.4ml.
Just take notes and play around with it. The filter isn't one use only but the media bottle under it kinda is because once you disconnect it from the filter it will start to contaminate. But its not a big deal if pinning subq. So you may want to buy a few filter kits or some isopropyl alcohol to disinfect media bottle before each use
