Never tried or seen! That's interesting though, going to check it out online out of interest in how guys do it!You do lats brother it's a mint spot?
Easy as brother. Use a mirror and cross arms hit it at about nipple height in the meatiest section my favourite spot so far and I have pretty much done everywhere.. don't do big blasts these days so I just rotate delts/lats done🤟Never tried or seen! Once you are confident with ventroglute it’s an awesome site to pin. Ventroglute and delt are my favourite sites. Finally did my first ventrogluteal injection! As many said, it was easy (once I understood the site) and painless! Only did 1mL in case I screwed it up, but I'm much more confident now
Dorsogluteal is still my favourite atm, vastus lateralis easy too, but can get a little PIP the next day, and larger frequent doses worry me in that site. Will do my normal 2.5mL next time 😀
Thanks, yeah, I did 2.5mL this morning. Very happy I've got another site to rotate! This time left side, just have to get used to different hand position to press the plunger whilst holding the syringe steady.2-3mL totally fine, deep IM
Could you briefly explain how you find the ventroglute area on yourself? I thought I had it, but my partner (who's a physio) thought the part i showed was a small fat deposit, not part of the glute. It does move when i squeeze, and she's not aware of the ventroglute site since she doesn't do injections. Plus she doesn't know I use PEDs... I try maintain more classic physique. It's frustrating many women don't realise what that actually takes!I do shoulders and ventroglute, VG my favourite so easy to reach and never had a problem, never done quads heard to many people say it’s a bad idea cause all the nerves there can cause issue’s apparently so I just stick to Delts and VG

the Vastus is not soo bad if you only inject in the small area used by Drs & nurses, with 1" only needle!. And that means 2.5mL Max once a wk though, or 1mL 2x, so not a huge site. So it's only the SIDE of the leg, meatiest part (not other parts of the quads.) I put my palm in the dip of my hip, middle finger on side of leg, then inject about 1-2 cm below that. Any further up or down hurts, but is OK. So the first time trial 1mL. Insert 1" slowly, if it hurts a little, rest then keep going, rest, then inject slowly! If it hurt a little go a half to one cm up or down next time. You'll find a small area that's fairly painless. I am aware that it's totally possible/fine to use other parts of the quads; I'm just talking about the low risk (low vascular and nerve) area. It's the only area my muscle feels stiff the next day when I haven't used it for a while. After that it won't.
Try this video if you haven’t seen already. It’s further forward than you think. Kick your leg out to the side and it’s the muscle that pops out. There’s plenty of area even if you’re slightly off it will be ok.For VG watch this, you can’t go wrong. Can put a few ml in there too.
I do my “VG” laying down and more to the front of my body than what that video states first time doing it for the mrs to put her hand on my hip and pointer at the tip of my crest then spread fingers and go in the little triangle bit can take a good 2.5-3ml easyFinally did my first ventrogluteal injection! I stand up tense my glute and the part of your ass that sticks out like a small lump/ball is where I inject in the centre of that if that makes sense bro, then once I know where I’m going I lean all my weight in my other leg then go for it, it seems close to the hip but it’s g2gCould you briefly explain how you find the ventroglute area on yourself?
